The visitors of Design Miami/Basel’s lastest edition could see another monumental masterpiece of Hugo França. The Casulo Arebá is part of the designer’s new series and was carved from a 16.5 ft imbuia trunk. The idea of these new works is to give people a sensorial experience, an interaction with the core of the tree. This breathtaking piece was placed with another Hugo’s pieces, the “Rings”, in the booth of R20th Century, gallery that represents the designer in North America.
